Therapy is billed to insurance
Individual, couples, family, EMDR, perinatal, and neurodivergent support are billed to insurance. Coverage varies by plan and your deductible may mean higher out-of-pocket costs early in the year. We'll tell you what to expect before you start.
Insurance participation varies by clinician. Not every clinician accepts every insurance plan listed above. Coverage may also vary by service. Please contact us to confirm whether your preferred clinician participates with your insurance before scheduling.

Common questions
Questions about getting started.
The short answers to what people ask us most. Anything else, ask us directly.
Do you take my insurance?
Therapy services - individual, couples, family, EMDR, perinatal, and neurodivergent support are billed to insurance. Insurance panels are being finalized as the practice grows; we verify your specific benefits before your first session so there are no surprises.
What will my copay be?
That depends on your plan and where you are in your deductible. We check your benefits up front and tell you exactly what to expect before you book.
Which services are covered and which are private pay?
Therapy is covered by insurance. Assessments - ADHD, autism, and vocational are private pay.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. In-person appointments are available in Longview, telehealth is available across Washington, and select providers are licensed to see Oregon residents.
How long are sessions?
Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes. Assessments run longer; we will confirm timing when you book.
What if I need to cancel?
We ask for 24 hours notice so the time can be offered to someone else. When you book with us, that time is yours.
How long will I be in therapy?
That depends on what you are working on. Some issues respond in a handful of sessions; others take longer. We are honest with you about that from the start.
